Captain Claw

Captain Claw holds Skull Isle, the last island the rowboats reach. Salty Meg would like him gone.

“That claw takes a man's arm off. Nobody does him alone. Bring people; everyone who hurts him shares him.”

Every island has a rowboat to the next. The last one is his. Arrows won't get through the claw.
