/find says where; the wiki says what

  • /find is for when you know what you want but not where it is. Give it an item, a monster, a place, a person, a station like a furnace, or a skill you want to train.
  • It tells you where to go and the way there from where you're standing: which edge of each map to walk off, and every door, ladder, rowboat or cart on the way.
  • Ask about an item and it lists the rocks, trees, water and monsters it comes from (nearest first), where it's made and who sells it. Ask about a skill and it shows where to train it, step by step.
  • The wiki is the other half: what a thing is, what it drops, what it's worth. /wiki opens the page for whatever you type after it.
  • If more than one thing matches, it answers the best match and names the runners-up. If nothing matches, it suggests what you might have meant. /where does the same.
