None of these work while you're typing in a box (chat, a search, a name), or while Ctrl, Alt or Cmd is held, so they never get in the way of your browser's shortcuts.
The keys are yours to change: Settings, Keys. Click a line and press the new key. If another action already uses that key, the two swap. This page shows your own keys.
Moving and fighting

Does
WASD or the arrow keys
Walk. Holding a key keeps walking. A click on the ground or on anything walks you there and does it.

Your ability bar's four slots: the ability goes off on your next swing. Right-click a slot to switch its auto off and on.

Use your quick slots: a potion, food, a buff, arrows, or a piece of gear (press again to take it off). Press and hold a slot, or right-click it, to change what is in it. The Store sells up to four more, each on its own key: 5678.
E
Eat the best cooked food in your bag, whatever heals most. Smoked fish count (they heal more since 1.9). It never touches potions, drinks or buff meals, and does nothing at full health.

Use every buff loaded in your Buff Bag, when it is in your bag.

Pick that answer. While somebody is talking to you the number keys answer them and do not use your ability bar or quick slots, whichever keys they are on.

Carry on, when there is only one answer.

Ctrl-click (Cmd on a Mac) a piece of gear in your bag or on your doll
Link it in chat: its name goes into the box in brackets, and everyone can point at it to see its stats, lines and how many times it has been worked on. On a phone, hold it and pick Link in chat.
