Where it comes from
- Monsters drop a tier-1 chart of the map they stand on: 0.33% of kills, 17% of bosses (Charts and the Compass)
- Clearing a chart drops more, often a tier up
- Draw a blank at the Chart Table: 10 spell paper and an Arcane ink
