• Needs Melee 90 to wear.
• Trade it to another player or list it on Livia's Exchange. Bom will give you 1 ticket for it.

Where it comes from

• the Pumpkin King, 1.3% of kills
• 0.033% off any monster of level 80 or more, during the Long Night
