The HOA President
Level 118 · Boss · attacks on sight.
“Re-elected unopposed every year since anyone can remember, in the clubhouse plaza at the top of Willow Crest. A sword gets through best (20% more), arrows 20% less; she rules from six tiles, and anyone who hurts her shares the kill.”
An open boss: it belongs to nobody. Everyone who does their share of the damage (5% of its health) gets their own kill and their own drops, and a report when it falls.
