Recipe cards

Very rare cards drop from monsters, bosses and skilling. Each one teaches a dish you can't learn any other way.

Getting started

• The chance is per kill, or per ore, catch, harvest or pocket. When one drops, the whole server hears about it.
• Click a card in your bag to read it. You learn the dish for good and the card is used up. The dish then shows up in the Meals tab of any campfire or range.
• Your Recipe Book (/recipes in chat) shows every card: the ones you know in color, the rest as silhouettes.

How it works

• Cards are bound to you, so they can't be traded.
• If you find a card you already know, Salty Meg on the Boardwalk will buy the spare for tickets. She sells the cards she holds, up to 5 of each, but only to people who haven't learned that card yet. She reads it to you, and you learn it on the spot.
• Grandma's gravy and the singing fish reach everyone within 6 tiles of you. Kevin's lunch softens the first hit after 10 seconds without being hit. The Olive Branch works on ordinary monsters, not bosses.
