The Goose

“Nobody brought it to the Carnival and nobody can make it leave. It attacks a third faster than anything its size (Swift), and worse under 30% health (Frenzied). Lightning ruffles it. Anyone who hurts it shares the kill.”
An open boss: it belongs to nobody. Everyone who does their share of the damage (5% of its health) gets their own kill and their own drops, and a report when it falls.
