Archery and magic gear: the outfitters
Two outfitters sell armor and weapons for archers and mages, out in the world.

Getting started
- Wren the Ranger dresses archers, in Cloudreach.
- Morwenna the Mage dresses mages, on The Thunderhead.
- Each sells five-piece sets of armor (helm, body, legs, gloves and boots) in tiers (9 for an archer, every ten levels; 5 for a mage), the weapons of her style, and buys that gear back.

How the armor works
- It has half the defence of plate at the same level, but every piece adds damage for its style, and a whole set is +10%: the body the most, then the legs, the helm and gloves, the boots least.
- The bonus only counts while you fight in that style: a ranger's set does nothing for a sword or a wand.
- Archers' pieces also make you faster on your feet, up to 6% for a whole set.
- It needs your Archery or Magic level to wear.
Weapons, the expensive way
They also sell every bow and quiver, or every wand and Magic Bag, but at a steep price on purpose: making your own with Fletching or Wizardry is far cheaper.

Tips
- Selling back: each one buys her own style's armor and weapons for what Bom would pay: an eighth of the shelf price, and never more than 2,500 tickets for a piece.
